Cybersecurity risks have assumed such scale and sophistication they are now deemed a systemic threat to Europe’s critical financial infrastructure. The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) due to take effect in January 2025 marks the European Union’s response.
In this paper we look at the primary requirements that DORA will introduce, and how firms can build resilience so they can continue to operate in a secure and uninterrupted manner.
